Opulent 2BR Duplex Apartment

شكرا لكم Positive: المكان هادئ جدا و يوجد امن و قريب من جزيرة و مدينة خليفه و الريف Negative: توقيت المغادرة لا تناسب لان توقيت المغادرة الساعة 11 صباحا و توقيت دخول الساعة 4 عصرا اخذت اراء كثير من مقيمين و يفضلون وقت المغادرة الساعة 1 ظهرا بدلا من الساعة 11 صباحا لو تلاحظ فرق بين دخول و المغادرة

I would never stay at this property again and cannot recommend it to anyone based on my experience. Positive: The location was convenient, as it was close to Masdar City Centre. Negative: The bedrooms were much smaller than expected, and the listing only mentioned the total apartment size (86 m²) without specifying the bedroom sizes. The apartment was not suitable for 3 adults and 2 young children, even though this was clearly stated in my reservation. There was also an unpleasant smell, dust, basic hygiene issues, and some broken furniture. Due to these issues, we had to leave early and move to another accommodation.

Positive: We had a very good time. The apartment is comfortable and convenient for a family. The place is great; I just wasn't comfortable with the full glass window at the beginning because of the transparent curtains in the living room at night. Overall, it's an excellent apartment. The host is very responsive, and special thanks to Mr. Basim and the Royal staff.

Value of money if you got in cheep price, Don't expect this is luxury apartment. Positive: Location of the apartment is amazing, specially all highways access to Dubai and Abu Dhabi airport is very near. Negative: Rooms are very small, okay for 2-3 adults.
